Ok, jag har en viss förståelse för att det är en tuff situation - finanskris - men då får vi heller inte att förglömma att en hel del av löntagarna faktiskt har gjort stora uppoffringar. Man har gått med på att förkorta arbetsveckorna och gått med på lönesänkningar - allt för att företagen ska ha möjlighet att både överleva och behålla kompetens.
Att behålla kompetens borde vara minst lika viktigt som något annat för företagen - hur kan de annars överleva och gå vidare den dagen då den ekonomiska situationen vänder utan ha kompetenta medarbetare? Vad är ett företag utan bra kompetens?
Ibland är det lite grann som att ropa varg - dvs. man ondgör sig lika mycket inför varje avtalsrörelse oberoende av konjunkturen. Tycker i alla fall att det var bra länge sedan arbetsgivarna INTE gnällde över att löntagarna faktiskt ville ha högre lön. Många arbetsgivare låter alltså lika dramtiskt gnälliga oavsett hur bra eller dåligt det går för företagen - oavsett om det är hög- eller lågkonjunktur. Hur trovärdigt är det egentligen?
